StraightUp makes feedback anonymous, so people are more comfortable speaking up and you can get honest feedback. StraightUp also includes features to prevent abuse, including automatic detection of abusive messages and manual reporting of messages that breach our acceptable use policy.

## Report cards

Easy to use report cards are available for leaders who have received feedback. Leaders can view their own cards to see how they can improve, or share with their own leaders to aid in their development.

Understand how response times, response quality, and the number of issues being resolved well is trending over time.

### Response analysis

Get feedback on the quality of your leader's responses to see how well they're handling feedback, and get suggestions on how to improve.
